Social Marketing Simplified

In midst of all the hoopla and hype of creativity , virality we at MAGNE have taken a few simple steps to ensure that your Social Marketing activities are focused towards Brand growth and after every passing day you are attaining the knowledge of your Brand's impression on the online target group..

Though they are set of very simple steps but if implemented with discipline and understanding can yield amazing results

Step 1: Objectivity Analysis - The most important but always ignored or underrated phase of Social Marketing. The biggest challenge in this phase is that the Brand Sponsors feel that there is not much to tell and the Marketing agency goes with an assumption that they know everything. This phase if done well would enable you to draw up a very comprehensive and measurable road map

Step 2: Content Theme : A single view of your component wise content theme, the event calendar, the ideat-ion calendar and in a nutshell the complete blueprint of the platform from all dimensions. This deliverable gives the client a very clear understanding of how is brand would be taken care of in the Digital Space

Step 3: Weekly Action Plan - A plan of action or POA which is traceable to Objectives, has clear date and ownership helps you to bring the entire exercise to a more quantifiable framework\

Step 4: Analytics & Reporting - The final phase where you have answers to questions like : Who are the people who are most active on my platform, are they my TG, what kind of posting my TG is liking and how it is impacting the overall objectives

Subscribe to this space to get more such social snippets in the days to come

Digital Marketing Audit

An eternal phrase 'necessity is the mother of all invention" came in full light in our organization when the pressure of handling customers like City Centre ( Ambuja-Neotia Group), Merlin ( real Estate), Yoforia ( Frozen Yogurt) has compelled us to start the process of Digital Marketing Audit.

What is this audit anyways and why is it relevant ?

To start with the purpose of this audit is to do a 360 degree review of the Brand from dimensions like Business Objective Alignment, Competitors, Process Compliance and even parameters like Out of the box thinking, innovation etc

Lets try to touch the Objective Alignment and see what it is in the purview of a Brand's Digital Profile and what are we auditing anyways. The entire evolution of a Brand's digital profile in terms of Component Expansion Plan, Content Strategy ( Per Component), Ideation Calendar should all be driven by Objective. For instance a Brand which is into B2B ecosystem has to have a Linkedin Profile activated to connect to business peers, where as a brand which is trying to woo a specific segment of customers should have a content strategy aligned to them and these all are reviewed from a 3rd eye perspective in the course of the audits

Competitor analysis enables you to understand the differentiation you are bringing to the table vis-a-vis your competitors and times can give you very contextual insights and recommendation...

More in my next blog but for now go and fetch a Digital Marketing Auditor and start the process now....
